UK Delivery Options:
Our postage options vary depending on your post code and/or basket size, and we try our best to only show the best option available to you upon checkout.
- We offer two postage options one checkout: Royal Mail 1st Class - Untracked and Express UK - Tracked
Royal Mail 1st Class - Untracked aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, however, this depends on your local postman. It could take up to 3 working days to arrive.
- Our Express UK - Tracked service is fulfilled by UK Mail, who should deliver within 1 working day. Orders need to be placed before 1pm for guaranteed Next Day delivery. A signature is required at the delivery address upon receipt of your order.
Any change of delivery address must be requested ASAP via our Contact Us. However, we cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address.
Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed and you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the delivery address.
Due to size restrictions, orders for two or more units may be split into multiple parcels.
International Delivery Options:
Sent via Royal Mail International Economy
- International delivery starts at £6.99 for EU and is calculated using the weight and size of your parcel at checkout.
- Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer delivery to the USA, but are hoping to very soon.
Please note that Cereal Motel does not accept responsibility for additional taxes or duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
Food and Perishable items:
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to offer returns at the moment. However, if you do have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Food items can only be returned for a refund if you received an incorrect or faulty item, or if delivery has failed.
We are happy to refund you within 14 days (from receipt of goods) providing the item(s) are returned in saleable condition and not perishable. Your credit will be refunded back on to your original payment method, however, we are unable to refund your delivery charge unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
For international orders, we kindly ask our customers to return their item(s) at their own expense.
Once your return is received back into our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the receipt of your item(s) and refund. (Please allow up to 21 working days for this process).

After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund.

When you have successfully collected 10 tokens - keep them safe and email us via our Contact Us page - with the heading 'CLAIM MY PRIZE'.
Once we have proof you have all 10 we will send out your prize tray of Kissing Cups
